I can't understand that from where you drew the triangle bigger than the circle!!!!!
If we drew the triangle inside the circle maybe we'll get 3 common point between them....
My drawing not good but you can understand what i meant.

Well Mohammed, 3 as you draw is possible, but the question is asking for the maximum number of common (intersection) points.
