How could it be a? Guadeloupe has to be right before Jamaica

Madeline, ignore my previous post. Actually, the solution key is correct.
The rule is, whenever there is J, there has to be GJ. But, it doesn't mean that if there is G, there has to be GJ. So, GT is allowed.
