If x = 3 so choice B becomes 3 divided by 7 so it is not an integer so choice B is correct

Remember, we are looking for the expression that is NEVER an integer.
It is true that x/7 is not an integer when x = 3, but it is for some values of x. For example, if x = 21, then x/7 = 21/7 = 3.
Hence, the answer is not (B).
