At the end of the statement, the author tells us how non-human behavior need not know or cannot know goals behind predicted behavior. By stating this, it takes the conclusion from humans, back to physical science and predicting behavior. The correct answer should be D.

Lukas, answer D is a premise, not a conclusion. We get the solution key from LSAC, so the keys are almost never wrong.
