What percentage of 3x is 6y, if x = 4y?
We take 3x and substitute x for 4y and get 3(4y) = 12y
We now have 12y and 6y, we can simplify this by dividing both by 6 and get 2y and y.
Thus what percentage of 2y is 1y?
