I answered C) for this question because I don't understand how someone an be an atheist and nihilist and maintain faith in God, but I can picture one who does not believe in God, but who doesn't scorn or disrespect others' faith

Those words are "dictionarish". I think (B) is the answer, though I'm not sure.
