This says only c is correct but the answer mentions A as well. I tried to select 2 but it only let me select one.

This answer still has not been corrected. The solution still presents 2 correct answers while the program only allows one answer to be chosen.

This is now updated in the database but in the app it will be reflected after Apple allows the next update.
