I don't believe the question stem is complete. It currently says, "Let. Then the value of y/z+z/w is.

Angela, thanks for the error notification. The question stem is supposed to say:
"Let x/y + w/z = 2. Then y/x + w/z = ..."
"Let x/y + w/z = 2. Then y/x + w/z = ..."
