Jake, read carefully. Doing well on the LSAT means that the test taker 1) has studied each question type, and 2) has mastered conditionals. However, it is not guaranteed that if you have studied each question type and have mastered conditionals that you do well on the LSAT. For example, you could have partied all night and not be in a fit condition to take the test.
Hence, B is not guaranteed.
