I'm not quite understanding the question. Is it asking for the length of side OR and QR (well which is longer) if so, why wouldn't this be answer D since point Q could be moved anywhere along the arch of the circle which would change the two lengths of the lines OR and QR

Hi Joelene,
Although you cannot assume a figure is drawn to scale, the relative positions of points and lines are accurate. In the figure, point Q is to the right of P and above R, so it could not be moved to the left of P or below R. So, although point Q is not necessarily exactly where it is displayed, it is BOTH to the right of P and above R. And that is all we need for a unique answer.
