How to do questions like this? I read the two passages once and i can't really do this one with my notes. I can read them again but it will cost too much time.

Mingxuan, 1 tip I can offer is to scan for the answer choices before you read the two passages, so you know what topics to make notes of / pay attention to while reading. That way you are not just reading, but reading with a purpose.
