What is wrong with B. Yes they have survived for a long time, but they are now on the managed list with bald eagles according to the passage, and the passage is concerned with their survival. B seems to make more sense according to the passage. What am I missing?

Matthew, B is wrong because there is nothing said to be hunting the species. It will only become endangered if death rates begin to rise.
