That question is based off 20% not 2 percent. .2 = 20%; .02 = 2%. The answer should not be .001, it should be .1 because the positioning of the decimal dictates a persons thinking, since .2 is 20%. I'll be sure to take note of this next time and prepare for it if I see it on the test.

Andre, .2 percent or .2% in full decimal is .002

1/2 of .002 is .001 or .1 %

There is no percent word or % sign in the answer.
