What about if the x-coordinate is 4 and the y-coordinate is 1?

Carlos, if the x coordinate is 4, then Column A is the same as Column B, and the question will be too easy.

Can this also be thought of as change in "y" over change in "x" (I.e. - slope). If OP = 4 then x has to be less than 4. Or is this logic flawed?

Tm, your logic especially the latter one is not flawed. If OP is 4 then the projection to the x axis (ie the x coordinate) is less than 4.

Can't OQ = 5
QP = 3

OP = 4 which makes X larger than B?

Since the is not drawn to the scale!
