So basically what you're telling us is when it says "cannot be determined" that's the answer ?

Yes. If you look at the solution provided (tap on the Solution button), there simply are too many ways to draw the ABC triangle with the given information. Hence the areas can vary from triangle to triangle.

I am practicing on math and most of the questions don't make sense to me. Should I just put "answer can not be determined"?

McKenzie, you should put down that choice only if you can't determine the answer. All of the math questions do have answers.
