Agree but why 0 is not the answer either. The given says it donates integer greater than or equal to N. if -2* is 0 (0 is greater than -2) so that 0.1=0. Thank you

Oktarico, the expression denotes (not donates) the LEAST integer > or = -2.1. The least in the series -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, ... is -2, not 0.
