How can A be the answer? A is greater than the other selections but it doesn't fit to the question of 0

Juan Mendoza, remember that A is not x. The answer in A does not have to be >0 and <1, even though it contains x.

Falguni, please see the elaboration. Actually, this problem is testing your knowledge of operations with fractions. In dealing with fractions, raising to powers or multiplication result in smaller number, unlike when dealing with non negative regular integers.
