I picked E for this one. Can someone explain me what makes D better than E. I was stuck between the two, and E seemed like a safer choice.. What am I missing?

Almost everyday= all less one for example --> E wrong because some is not one.

Is this it? How do you spot it easily in the first place?

Hi, Zana -

Actually, "some" simply means "not none". So one does count as some.

The problem with answer E is subtler than that. E would be correct if it had simply said "On some Wednesdays Zack's does not have a poetry reading scheduled.". However, there is nothing in the original statement that says Zack's offers half-priced coffee ONLY on days when a poetry reading is scheduled. Zack's could offer half-priced coffee every Wednesday whether there is a poetry reading or not, and the original statement would still be true as long as half-priced coffee is ALSO offered on any non-Wednesday poetry reading days.

Hope this helps! Please post again if you still have questions.

Best,
Lyn
