Seems you would need clarification of "reliable" separating it as a term of quality from average lifespan.
I don't see how answer C does this.

You're right. The key to this question is clarification on how the word "reliable" is being used.

Unfortunately, there is an error in our database.

Choice (C) does NOT provide the clarification you're looking for, and it's not the correct answer.

Choice (A) is correct.
