Am I stupid since my highest score doesn't reach pass 50%? I'm an undergrad freshman.

Rather than labeling yourself, it is more productive to plan how you can improve your score so you can get into the program of your choice. The answer is: 1) you have to familiarize yourself with the test question types and how to approach them, and 2) practice.
