Coia, did you know there is an explanation for this module? As explained, the Driver says that trading in his sports car would LOWER HIS RISK of getting in an accident. He doesn't say that buying a minivan will GUARANTEE that he won't get in an accident. So there is no certainty of the outcome that is expected or implied.
