Regards, where is the absolute symbol in the question?

Hello Sudad. There is no absolute value symbol in the question. The explanation only says that the definition of |x| is = sqrt(x^2).

Hence, without knowing whether x is positive or negative, we cant really decide whether |x| is >, or = x.
