How do the densities in experiments 2 & 3 change? It looks like they're staying the same to me.

Hi Dani, we are not given numerical data about the density. Instead, we are told that according to the experimental results, the retarding force F is the same in 2 and 3 when the other factors are the same, but the object changes from a steel ball to a cork ... which obviously have different densities. Hence the conclusion is that F is not dependent on density.
