If a=1 wouldn't this force the answer to be D? Looks like something is missing.

Cef Usa, a divided by 0.3 is 10a/3 or 3.33a, which is certainly larger than 2a for all a > 0, including a=1.

Plug a=1, and you have 3.333.. compared to 2.
