Aren't we assuming Fred is speaking the truth when he says "I always speak the truth" ? This claim can't be verified. It was simply presented as a quote from a person about himself.

What about when it says he will feel like hell 'tomorrow' but the answer says he feels like hell, as in feeling like hell now?
